When I was back in N.Y.C. I knew what a sauna was, but Narconon showed me a different side of this box of 170˚’s. The Sauna Program in Narconon game me back my energy level like I had back in high school, sweating all the mistakes that I have made in my life until this point really makes me stronger. To me the Sauna Program is like a time machine that rewinds you back to the time when you were happy, healthy, and loved living a clean innocent sober life. I defiantly have my ups and downs in sauna, but I see it as tough love, I see it like this, the Sauna Program makes me feel like I am reborn.
