There is a solution for addiction –
and you just found it.
Realizing Control: The Narconon Communication and Perception Course
The Narconon Program is comprised of a drug free withdrawal, a detoxifying sauna program, and a series of 8 life improvement courses that help Students learn the various life skills necessary to live productive, drug free lives.
In the Narconon Drug Treatment Communication and Perception course, also known as book 4, the Student works through a series of exercises that begin to develop self-control. Also through these exercises, the Student becomes more sociable regarding their surroundings, other individuals, and life in general, and learns to command control over these things.
When living a life fueled by drugs, it is without fail that the addict will lose touch with reality. They become unable to see past the needs of the addiction. They can hardly communicate with themselves, let alone their environment. It isn’t until they become free of the chemicals, and grow aware of their existence that they can begin to rebuild their relationship with the world. By working with Narconon Vista Bay Rehab to understand the control that they possess over their environment is a vital element in realizing that they have the power to choose who and what they communicate with, as well as how, and the actions that they subsequently engage in.
If you or someone you know is suffering from an addiction to drugs or alcohol, it is imperative that you seek treatment immediately. Do not lose another day of life. The staff at Narconon is ready to assist you on the road to a life free of drugs and alcohol. The Narconon Communication and Perception Course Success Story
“When I came to Narconon, my mind was filled with justifications about why I used drugs. People would always say to me, “How did a successful person like you wind up addicted to drugs?” I was consistently able to list off reasons and excuses, but never took the time to truly think about the actual “why” behind my rapid destruction. Once I got into Objectives, I truly understood for the first time the “why” behind my bad drug habit. I wasn’t self-medicating my depression or masking my emotional pain because it was the drugs that caused this hurt. I was just too caught up in the circle of destruction and got causes confused with effects. Once Objectives opened my mind to why I used in the first place, I truly understood exactly how it “happened to a person like me.” I may have been succeeding at some aspects of my life, but I wasn’t using all my life skills and reason. I wasn’t applying my mind and thinking through decisions. As a result, I ended up reacting poorly to my surroundings and my environment. I acted impulsive and made a bad choice. It took me a split second to decide to try something that carries with it the consequence of death. I understand now that when I actually think through my choices and apply my good judgment and ethics, I will have positive end results. I never again need to decide to hurt myself or those who love me. I will think through my actions and carry out my destiny. I am the only one who can control my life and how it is lived. Thank you Narconon!”

The Narconon Communication and Perception Course Success Story
“I feel very fortunate for having had the opportunity to do Objectives and be in there with such great people. My twin was a big help to me and I want to thank him for helping me through it. I honestly feel like I’ve been pulled into present time. I finally feel happy and excited for life again. I feel like so many changes have happened within me through the Objective process. My patience level has increased even more. You know how T.R.’s help with that right? Well, Objectives help it even more.
I know I can be happy and live a happy life without drugs. That is a huge win for me and one I had while in Objectives. I used to always have this thought in the back of my mind that I would maybe pop a pill here and there when I get out, but now that thought has been thrown out of my head. I can have experiences now. I can feel things now instead of being dull. I used to think drugs were the only things that could make me happy. Now, I know all drugs ended up doing were making me unhappy.”
